Bain & Company estimated that roughly 70 percent of white collar workers were working remotely this summer. Most employers and employees alike probably thought it was a short-term thing. But as spring rolled into summer and autumn has now arrived, little has changed, and return-to-office dates continue to be pushed back. When will employees return to their offices? Will they ever?
