Virtual IREM Summit offers rock-solid industry insight & networking
This year has ushered in new methods of communication and outreach for all industry practitioners. The Virtual IREM Summit, October 15-16, has been created to leverage that technology in an all-inclusive event. The networking, educational sessions, tradeshow, and even the social events in this time of social distancing have all been designed to maximize your experience. (And you won’t have to pack a bag.)
Themed “inspire 2020,” this year’s event features four business and industry influencers bringing stories of leadership, reinvention, recovery, and change:
- Spencer Levy, chairman of Americas Research & senior economic advisor for CBRE, will take the long view—beyond COVID, the presidential election and other outside forces--in his presentation, “The Way Forward.”
- In “Welcome to the Energy Revolution” Sara Ross, Chief Vitality Officer at BrainAMPED, will explore the essentials of leadership in pursuit of performance.
- Army veteran and Paralympic Silver Medalist John Register will present a true profile in courage with his keynote, “Hurdle Adversity: Amputate Fear and Embrace Your New Normal.”
- New York Times Best-Selling Author Ben Nemtin rounds out the keynote presentations by challenging attendees to “Make the Impossible Possible.”
Deep-dive sessions for every discipline
Some 12 educational sessions are also on deck, providing in-depth intel on all aspects of property management, from Lessons Learned From COVID-19, and a Global Economic Forecast (delivered by NAR’s Lawrence Yun) to tech issues that include Big Data and Benchmarking, and Accelerating Smart Buildings.
Specific disciplines within the profession will also get the deep-dive treatment in a wide range of industry roundtables:
