Everyone is interested in being green. When managing real estate investment properties, the process involves more than just changing light bulbs to LEDs. This session will cover the drivers for sustainability and how maintenance practices contribute to, and support the achievement of, a property’s green goals. Speaker Nicholas Stolatis, CPM® Emeritus, will share his experience creating additional value for TIAA’s global real estate portfolio through sustainable maintenance practices.
