IREM's equitable career development program
The DISI program, sponsored by the IREM Foundation, empowers future leaders in real estate management. Each year, 10 participants are selected to be DISI Leaders and receive mentorship, career guidance, and support in earning their CPM certification.
DISI Mentors play a key role in shaping the next generation of property managers. They meet with their chosen DISI Leader, industry leaders, share career insights, and provide access to IREM committees or advisory councils.
