Join Todd Feist, IREM’s Director, Sustainability Programs, as he walks through IREM CSP v.2025. IREM launched CSP v.2025 to update the requirements to meet new expectations and market practices in sustainability, including alignment with the updated certification criteria in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment. Todd will cover key updates to the certification requirements and application materials. He’ll discuss what you need to do to earn the certification for your existing office, medical office, industrial, retail, multifamily, senior housing, and self-storage properties.

Todd Feist is IREM’s Director, Sustainability Programs. In this role, he leads the IREM CSP program with guidance from IREM’s ESG Advisory Council. He also works with IREM members and other experts to develop resources that help owners and property managers reach the sustainability goals for their assets.
