Dee Headley is a leader in the Distressed Asset Services Team. As a court appointed receiver in more than 80 cases in 23 jurisdictions, she is very familiar with the requirements associated with the court process. This would include bonding requirements, detailed financial reporting and understands the stewardship needed for the foreclosure process. She has been appointed more than 8.3M sf consisting of office 4.3M sf, retail 2.69M sf, industrial 1.29M, condominiums and housing developments. Dee has worked in receiverships with special servicers in CMBS defaults, both national and regional banks, insurance companies and individual owners. She and her team have the experience to protect the value of the property during the receivership and foreclosure process. Some of her notable receiver clients include: Bayview Loan Servicing, C-III Asset Management LLC, CW Capital Asset Management, Fifth Third Bank, and LNR Partners.
