Course Description
ESG, or environmental social and governance principles and practices, is now acknowledged as a critical element of a successful real estate investment platform. The social component of ESG has been a source of confusion and uncertainty for many practitioners. This course will address some of the key aspects that a property manager should incorporate as part of its ESG initiatives, whether internally driven or in response to ownership requirements. Nicholas Stolatis, CPM® Emeritus, will share his experience creating additional value for TIAA’s global real estate portfolio through implementation of social-centered strategies.
