Course Description
Numerous property performance benchmarks dot our professional landscape. This course will provide a road map to assist you in identifying which benchmarks, such as LEED, ENERGY STAR®, IREM CSP, and many more, appropriately drive improvement in the performance of the property. You'll also cover property performance benchmarking and resources available to optimize performance.
