Course Description
Our complex work environment has become a breeding ground for high emotions, stressful conflict, unresolved challenges, and low employee engagement. These are all factors that can lead to employee burnout and, in some cases, violence in the workplace. These conditions can result from a lack of trust and cooperation, and failure to address these factors can destroy relationships, potentially dismantle entire teams, and create an unsafe environment for our teams. This course offers four cornerstones of conflict resolution and techniques for effective de-escalation.
