2019 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Yoichiro Arai graduated from university in 2014 and got a post at a property management company. It was 2016 when he was first qualified as a CPM. Yoichiro ran more than 500 units of clients' properties as if they were his own. He brought huge profits to the clients, but more than that, he provided the security to trust a property manager. In IREM JAPAN, I belong to the Tokyo block, working as an executive directer. My work is focussed especially on structuring the system of Property Management Analysis Program, which is a Japan-localized version of MPSA.
