2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

As a Property Manager, Vanessa Grayson has worked for Pinnacle Property Management Services, LLC, ("Pinnacle"), owned by leading global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), since April of 2020. She currently oversees a mixed-use facility composed of 170 residential homes along with nearly 54,000 sq. ft. of commercial spaces. Prior to joining Pinnacle, she was a Property Manager for Cushman & Wakefield putting her focus on an extremely diverse commercial portfolio sizing out at roughly 950,000 sq. ft. Hard work and dedication are no strangers to Vanessa. In just five short years in the industry she has earned her Certified Apartment Manager designation through the National Apartment Association, just completed and passed the exam for her Accredited Residential Manager designation, and pending documentation, will have an active Real Estate License in the state of Missouri. In recent years, Vanessa has exuded her passion to give back by organizing successful charitable drives such as toys for a local children's hospital, pet supplies for a local animal shelter, school supplies for a local school district, and even partnered with Salvation Army to provide Christmas gifts for over 135 children in the area via an operation dubbed #OperationAngelTree. In her free time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, providing a strong push for self growth and development to those around her, and giving mass efforts to build her mental and physical health organization. In the future, Vanessa hopes to continue building her industry education, inspire those around her to continue growing, and contribute largely in spreading diversity and inclusion in her industry.
