Tyhler started her career in residential property management in 2018 and transitioned into the Commercial Property Management Industry with McGough Facility Management in Minneapolis, MN. Tyhler has a portfolio of three office buildings around the Twin Cities consisting of approximately 648,700 square feet.
Tyhler has been an active member of IREM since she was a student at the University of Wisconsin - Stout, where she graduated from the Real Estate Property Management program. She is now the chair of the IREM MN Membership Committee where she has surpassed the membership goals from the chapter and sits on the Board of Directors. Tyhler has been referenced by the Minnesota Chapter as a “Triple Threat” for obtaining her ARM in 2020, her ACoM in 2021, and her CPM in 2022. She also received the 2021 “Spirit of IREM” Award from the Minnesota Chapter.
