Taylor Brittain has worked with Ciminelli Real Estate Services of Florida since November of 2017. In that time, he has demonstrated that he is a self-starter with a great attitude and initiative. In his current position as an Assistant Property Manager, he oversees the day-to-day operations on a 725,000 square foot portfolio of retail, industrial, office, and medical office assets spread throughout Hillsborough and Sarasota counties, as well as assisting with facilities management on a 250 unit luxury condominium in downtown Tampa. Additionally, Taylor also spearheads special projects, such as financial modeling for potential acquisitions, the decommissioning and purchasing of company vehicles, and the implementation of technology to improve the efficiency of the department. Taylor graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2017 with a double major in Finance & Real Estate and he is on track to obtain the CPM designation in November 2020.
