Taylor Polaniec was born and raised in Houston, TX and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston with her Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in management in 2015. Her prior experience in residential property management and devotion for learning about real estate markets and customer service for tenants helped her realize her passion was in the real estate industry and wanted to continue her education and growth within the industry. Since then, Taylor has worked for some of the larger companies such as Transwestern and now Brookfield Properties in portfolios located in Memorial City and Downtown Houston. She currently is Assistant Property Manager for Three Allen Center, a 1.2 million sqft Class A building. Taylor is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.
In the recent years, Taylor has earned both her ACoM and CPM certifications with IREM. Her involvement extends further by being a part of the IREM’s Community Involvement Committee and the Future Leader Committee. Her goals for the future are to continue to develop her education and become a role model for other young professionals in the industry.
