Steven Rice, CPM® is the Co-Principal and Owner of Venture Real Estate Co. He began his real estate investing career in 2008 by purchasing a single-family rental home. Over the next few years he worked in other real estate related industries, which include construction, finance, and property management. From 2011 – 2013, he collaborated with a real estate investment and management firm located in Cincinnati, Ohio. He joined the firm to help expand the company's real estate, mortgage, and property management businesses. While working at the firm, Steven was a major contributor to acquiring, managing, redeveloping, and/or financing over $11 million in residential real estate assets. In March of 2013, Steven co-founded Venture Real Estate Co., a private equity real estate investment and management firm. Since its inception, Venture Real Estate Co. has conducted more than $15.3 million dollars in transactions and financed, purchased, and/or sold more than 600 residential units in the local market. Controlled through his holding company, Steven is a majority owner of 284 apartment units currently valued at more than $10 million dollars. Personally, Steven is committed to excellence in everything he does. His drive, work ethic, and character are rooted in his Christian faith. Steven operates his life with discipline and integrity. Under his leadership, Venture Real Estate Co. will never move forward with an investment unless it meets the company’s stringent investment criteria and furthers the company Mission.
