Shamil started his career back in 2013 as a legal intern while enrolled in college. He worked for a real estate management firm based in Yonkers, NY while pursuing his bachelors degree. Shamil saw an opportunity and decided to dive in head strong with the Management field. Early 2014 Shamil was promoted to Assistant Property Manager to venture off in a new start. By 2015 he was promoted to Property Manager with two Assistant Property Managers under his wing. This was truly an accomplishment and a stepping stone in his career. 5 years later he is now an Accredited Residential Manager & a Certified Property Manager. Shamil has exceeded expectations and has gone above and beyond for everyone including his fellow work associates; his unit owners/tenants; contractors and even potential clients... Shamil has a goal to one day grow in real estate management firm as a regional manager.
