Ronald “Koa” Kuaana-Edwards, ARM is employed with Blanton Turner, AMO as the Property Manager at Conifer Place, a 162-unit community located in Corvallis, Oregon. Koa started in the industry in 2017 as a leasing consultant at Stonesthrow Apartments, a 232-unit community in Tualatin, Oregon, and he has enjoyed a very successful career since. Koa worked his way up and was promoted to Property Manager for Cedar Hills, a 179-unit community in Portland, Oregon in early 2019. He remained in that position until he was transferred to Corvallis to take over Conifer Place in January, 2021.
Koa takes pride in being an empathetic communicator with a strong ability to ensure resident comfort and welfare and providing exceptional experiences. In a hyper-competitive real estate industry, Koa works to find positive and collaborative solutions to real human issues to ensure a more compassionate social environment on an industry level. Koa currently serves as the Scholarship Committee Chair for IREM Oregon-Columbia River Chapter 29 and has been nominated twice for regional awards for exceptional property management services.
In addition to his real estate management career, Koa has a broad background in digital technology and IT services. He is proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Operating Systems, Yardi Operating Systems, Yardi CRM Software, Social Media, and Graphic Design using various software’s, including FlexiSign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Koa is working toward a CompTIA A+ Certification in Information Technology, and is an expert in the area of digital solutions and troubleshooting.
