2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

In Native American culture, the raven, a highly intelligent bird, symbolizes change and transformation. The same can be said about Raven Livingston. Born and raised in Detroit, MI, she attended Northwood University where she received her BA in Marketing & Communications. In 2016, she relocated to Houston, TX where her real state journey began. She has background in construction, luxury residential and property management. She currently uses her knowledge and skills to excel in her role as Real Estate Service Administrator on a 2.2 million sq. ft. property where she serves as the first point of contact for over 65 tenants. As an active member of IREM’s Houston Chapter, Raven is currently an IREM Future Leader participant, Program Committee participant and an ACoM candidate. Her long-term goal is to start her own property management company in the Houston area and expand back to her hometown to foster change and transformation.
