2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Phillip is an experienced real estate professional with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. During his career, he has assisted in actively managing over 3.2 million square feet of commercial data center space at Digital Realty and is directly responsible for over 800K square feet of data center and office space. Prior to his role as a Real Estate Manager, Phillip served as an Analyst on an Asset Management and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team for Residential and Resort Management firms, respectively.

Phillip received a B.S. in Commerce with a Concentration in Information Technology and a Commercial Real Estate Track from the McIntire School of Commerce as well as a Double Major in Spanish from the University of Virginia. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a Masters of Professional Studies in Real Estate Finance where he completed his graduate thesis: Considerations When Choosing Between Public and Private Real Estate Investments. Phillip is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and holds an active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License: # 0225244932. He also is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and is actively working towards becoming a Certified General Virginia Real Estate Appraiser.
