Patrick was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. He grew up spending time in Old Town Fort Collins and now to be managing it has been an incredible opportunity. The company Patrick works for, Old Town Square Properties, has provided him the ability to expand his skill set, knowledge and obtain his CPM. He started his career in property management in 2010 as a leasing agent. He was promoted every 2 years, now holding the highest position in the company. Although he is 29 years old, he leads the company with confidence and tenacity.
