2022 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Pat Lytle is an Assistant Property Manager with Zeller at Fifth Street Towers in downtown Minneapolis. The project, consisting of 1.1 million rsf of class A commercial office space spread over two towers, is a mainstay on the Minneapolis Skyline. Pat is a manager by both education and training having graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Property Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout in 2019.

Pat is an active member of IREM Minnesota co-chairing the Legislative Committee, as well as being involved in the Membership Committee and Board of Directors. He is also a member of BOMA Minneapolis’s Emerging Leaders Committee. Pat obtained his Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation in 2020 and his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2022. Pat is also currently pursuing his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI
