    Pamela Seltzer is a Portfolio Administrator & Sustainability Analyst at SL Green Realty Corp. focusing on the intersection of property management and sustainability. She started as a member of the property management team for a 585,000 square foot commercial building in midtown Manhattan and was integral to its recent certification as LEED Gold. She has since moved into an asset management role overseeing five of SL Green’s properties. Pamela is also a member of the award-winning Sustainability Team which is responsible for all sustainability initiatives across the entire SL Green portfolio including both environmental projects and corporate social responsibility. She works closely with tenants, the community and governmental agencies and manages Legionella compliance for the entire portfolio. She is certified as a LEED Green Associate. Pamela is part of the first generation of professionally trained sustainability managers having received her M.S.in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and her B.A. in Urban Studies with a Specialization in Environmental and Sustainable Development from Barnard College. She completed a one-year internship in the Aviation Sustainability Group of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey where she developed and implemented a recycling program at New York’s five major airports.
