With a family background in real estate and high school diploma, Nik walked into his salesperson exam with confidence. After obtaining his license, Nik worked for an extended time with Coldwell Banker and gained knowledge from some of the most experienced, reputable realtors in town, all while attending CSU Bakersfield to complete his bachelor’s in Business. From there, Nik acquired his broker’s license and opened Ascend Real Estate & Property Management. Nik and his staff service over 500 units, 250 owners, and thousands of tenants county-wide. Listing and selling homes all the while, Nik is on track to close over $12 million in sales this year. In his spare time, Nik enjoys time with his growing family, detaching from technology on getaways, and improving his golf and poker game. Nik hopes to build a sustainable company for generations to come, and for his employees to share in the success and benefits that the growing company will offer in the future.
