Growing up in Boise, Idaho, in her family's property management business, Nicole began her career early by sweeping the steps of buildings the business managed and going for ride-alongs with her property manager father. Years later, she grew to manage the company portfolio of 585 units of multi-family and residential investment properties. As a third generation realtor, it was written in the stars for her to continue the family legacy.
After attending Hawaii Pacific University, with a degree in Cultural Anthropology, Nicole joined Revolusun, Hawaii’s #1 solar company. There she pioneered a new market, serving the AOAO industry. She developed the first division in Hawaii to provide shared-roof communities the opportunity to obtain solar. It was here where Nicole’s affiliation with IREM began, initially becoming an Industry Partner. For this entrepreneurial effort, Nicole was recognized as Hawaii's "40 Under 40" by Pacific Business News in 2015. After excelling in the AOAO market, she then obtained her real estate license and quickly became a trusted real estate advisor in her community.
Since transitioning back into management, Nicole has managed three high-rise condominiums in Waikiki. There, she has coordinated many capital improvements, including full drain, waste and vent pipe replacement and concrete spalling projects. Nicole is a two time nominee for the Aloha A'ina Award by the Honolulu Board of Realtors, which recognizes Realtors who have "gone above and beyond in service to their clients and who maintain the highest ethical standards." She was also recognized as "Best in Real Estate" for 2017 by Honolulu Magazine. Nicole most recently received her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from IREM in 2021.
During her off time, Nicole is affectionately known around the island as “The Singing Agent,” where she sings around town and uses her social media to highlight the real estate market. She is deeply honored to be recognized by IREM and looks forward to continuing her management career in her beloved Hawaii.
