Nicole is an Asset Manager for Cardinal Group Investments responsible for maximizing the value of her student housing portfolio spanning the east coast through successful execution of the business strategy to achieve investor required returns. She previously worked as a Regional Property Manager specializing in new development and lease-up communities throughout Colorado and Oregon.
Nicole started her career in student housing while obtaining her real estate degree from Florida State University. In 2015, Nicole moved to Denver and switched to conventional multifamily where she gained invaluable experience learning the ins and outs of operations, lease-ups, and the construction process. In 2022, Nicole transitioned to asset management and is responsible for driving revenue growth, creating operational efficiencies, and establishing successful execution of each asset's value add strategy to ensure overall success of the portfolio.
Nicole is a board member for the IREM Greater Denver Chapter and a chair for IREM’s Student Academic Engagement team. She is currently studying to earn her CPM designation and is looking forward to her continued growth within IREM.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys hiking with her Bernese Mountain Dog, skiing, catching a Pats game, and spending time with friends and family.
