Nick Charron is a General Manager with JLL in Phoenix Arizona, managing Commercial Office space throughout the valley. His responsibilities range from but are not limited to accounting and financial reporting, day to day property operations, preventative maintenance management, vendor relations, Construction Management for TI and Capital projects, Tenant Relations, and Client Relations. Nick’s favorite part of his job is the unique problems he gets to solve, and the expansive trades and professionals he gets to work with. He works in a collaborative office where all team members equally contribute to running their properties as efficiently as possible, with customer satisfaction their top priority.
Nick Graduated from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Nick started working for JLL in 2020 and was promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2021, and General Manager in 2022. Nick won the Rookie of the Year and Rising Star awards within JLL in 2020.
In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with family and friends. His hobbies include dirt bike riding, running & fitness, and all things outdoors. Nick loves ranching and plans to raise cattle in the near future.
