Miss Malindi holds two degrees from The University of Johannesburg a National degree in Real Estate and a Post Graduate degree in Property valuation and management, Also a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with IREM. She started her career in 2012 doing property valuation/appraisals for residential, retail, office and industrial properties. In 2014 Malindi became an Investment Analyst her strong expertise are Property Valuations, Property Management, Asset Management, Property Finance, Investment analysis, Facilities Management, and Developments. She has been in the property industry for 6 years, currently working as an Asset Manager for Dijalo Asset Management (Pty) Ltd with a portfolio of 43 Properties in a listed fund worth R3 Billion. Malindi is Registered with the property statuary bodies in South Africa and she’s a Member of South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners, Member of South African Property Owners Association and a Member of South African Council of Shopping Centres.
