Michael is honored and humbled to be recognized as a recipient of the 30 under 30 award. Michael brings six years of experience in the property management industry as a Talent Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager working with Cortland and Gross Residential. Michael was born in Germany and has lived in five different states and countries throughout his career, including London. He is local to central Florida for the past five years and has extensive experience through his work endeavors in the South Florida and Tampa markets as well.
Michael's education includes an MBA in Human Resource and Personnel Management, CAM License, CPM Candidacy, and is a licensed Realtor. This education allows him to create an above and beyond experience for multi-family customers and associates, home buyers, investors, and commercial real estate. Michael's mission is to create a customized experience for each associate and customer he comes into connection with to help them fulfill their aspirations with what matters most to them. He provides service with the following values in mind: respect, integrity, soundness, and excellence.
Michael is affiliated with the Institute for Real Estate Management, Association of Talent Development, National Apartment Association and enjoys making a positive impact in the community by volunteering at Give Kids the World Village, Coalition for the Homeless, Forgotten Angels, and more.
Michael has found his forever home in Florida and enjoys all the Sunshine State has to offer. He spends his free time singing, reading, spending time with his two dogs, working out at the gym, playing tennis, volleyball, waterskiing on the boat with his family, traveling, and exploring the state parks. He looks forward to continuing to bring value to his associates, customers, and investors in his future endeavors and with partnership with IREM.
