Megan Nagel is the Real Estate Manager of the upcoming Bottleworks District and has been with Hendricks Commercial Properties for over 3 years now. Like many who end up in the dynamic world of property management, she didn’t originally set out to pursue this career path. Megan studied English and Theatre at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Megan was offered a job when she went to look for a new apartment home in West Bend, Wisconsin. Megan came to Hendricks with over 7 years of management experience, to work on two brand-new luxury living lease-ups. While working there, the property was awarded the coveted AOMA Property Excellence Award for 2017, as well as reached 100% leased 6 months ahead of schedule. That property continues to excel. Megan has worked on regional residential projects all while preparing for the magnificent beast that is the Bottleworks District and cannot wait for future adventures.
