Masashi Kawakami, real estate division manager for MASSIVE SAPPORO Inc., is responsible for not only real estate brokerage, but also developing and renovating properties. He manages clients’ properties and maximizes NOI with his financial knowledge obtained through CPMF lectures. He has been implementing new project of unmanned hotel which is the first project among the industry in Hokkaido area, and has taken leadership from design to construction. As the project is scheduled to be completed in October 2018, it has drawn media attention. Masashi also enjoys being part of IREM member and is actively involved in Hokkaido IREM chapter. He holds seminars 4 times in a year helping to expand IREM members in his local area. Moreover, he gave a seminar at IREM Japan annual meeting in 2018 held by IREM JAPAN. Masashi has been pursuing his CCIM designation in 2019 and is encouraged to become a professional asset manager.
