Lex Pellecchia began her real estate journey in 2017 as a temp with a residential property management company. Through hard work and perseverance, she was hired as an assistant property manager. In her time here, she obtained a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation.
Lex decided to make a change and spread her wings by taking on commercial property management. She has been with Readco Management, LLC since 2018. She began as an assistant property manager and worked closely with senior property managers as well as the asset manager to expand her knowledge of the industry. In 2021, she was promoted to property manager. She currently manages a portfolio of over 425,000 SF consisting of industrial, office, medical, and retail spaces.
Lex is a firm believer that hard work and education strengthen you as an individual and lead you to opportunities for growth. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation with IREM. She has a passion for environmental improvements, having completed several LED lighting upgrades and working to install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. Lex intends to seek solar energy options in the future as well.
