2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Leah Fantin is a rising young professional in commercial property management. Leah’s passion and dedication for property management started early on as a college student leasing apartments in downtown Indianapolis for a multifamily property. Since then, she has managed retail shopping centers, office buildings, and a surgery center. She actively supported in the transition of a $26M acquisition of an office park where she is now the president of the office park association. Leah actively advocates to recruit and retain young talent in the industry by leveraging her interpersonal skills, her involvement with national networking groups, and her participation in research initiatives. Leah is a graduate of the Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a degree in Marketing and Economics and is an IREM Certified Property Manager Candidate.
