Kyle is a co-founder, and managing partner of Parkplace Residential, an AMO© headquartered in Southern Utah. Parkplace Residential is a boutique fee manager serving multi-family owners with properties in the Mountain West.
Kyle's career started at an early age working for Horizon Investments and Management Group a local Utah developer of LIHTC and market-rate housing. It's President James Terry, a past president of the local IREM chapter and national IREM instructor always championed education and involvement in the industry.
As a licensed Real Estate Broker in Utah and Wyoming, Kyle oversees day-to-day operations, business development, and strategic planning for Parkplace Residential. When not working for clients, Kyle enjoys spending time working on small development deals, always looking to learn more about the industry, and traveling.
