Katie Ciechanowicz is a Property Manager and Partner of Chano Real Estate Partners, LLC. She began her property management career over nine years ago as a property assistant and has worked her way up into a management role managing over 900,000 SQFT of office, industrial and retail facilities. Her determination to excel at every level of the job has helped her understand all functions and provide innovative solutions to building operations. She enjoys working side-by-side with the building engineers, vendors and tenants to maximize the owner’s investment. Katie is the Membership Chair for IREM Indy Chapter 24 and looks forward to continuing her involvement with IREM as well as increasing the membership numbers.
