2021 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Katherine McCoy is a rising star who believes the sky is not the limit. Katherine strives to exceed industry expectations as a property manager with Oakwood Management Company, in central Ohio. Currently, she holds several credentials including her ARM^® and CAM, and is actively pursing an Associate of Arts degree, as well as her CPM^®. Katherine has distinguished herself through her ambitions and her desire to be the best. Since 2018, the property she manages has consistently ranked on the national J Turner Research ORA^® Power Rankings regarding online reputation. Currently her property rests at number one in the state and number twelve in the country. Katherine is passionate about the multifamily industry and continuously seeks ways to become more involved and launch her career forward.
