As a commercial assistant Property Manager for Stream Realty in Austin, TX, I have extensive experience in both residential and commercial industries. Starting my career in residential for five years and transitioning to commercial for an additional three years has given me a well-rounded experience. I have been provided the greatest opportunity to work at one of the smartest buildings in the United States (RiverSouth). Though this has presented its challenges it has definitely broadened my expertise in the commercial industry.
My involvement in IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) has been a significant stepping stone in my career. Not only have I gained valuable knowledge applicable to my professional career, but I have also been actively involved in multiple committees, volunteering, and pursuing my desired certification. Currently, I am pursuing my CPM, which I aim to complete in 2023. Following that, I plan to pursue my LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
When I’m not working, I enjoy going on adventures with my little one. It's great to balance my professional pursuits with quality time spent exploring and creating memories. In addition, I am an avid traveler with a deep passion for experiencing different places and cultures around the world.
