2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

As a Regional Manager at Alliance Residential Company, Kaden oversees a portfolio of +1,500 units in Atlanta, Georgia. She works closely with ownership, corporate and on-site operations to drive asset performance with awareness of and accountability to budget. Previously Director of Strategic Planning at Alliance, she was responsible for coordinating and maintain the initiatives roadmap, including communicating and sharing the priorities, and transitioning strategic departmental game plans into operational plans. Kaden joined Alliance in 2015 as Executive Assistant to Alliance Residential Company’s President/CEO (Management), Brad Cribbins. Kaden holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Louisiana State University. She is on track to obtain the CPM designation by the end of 2020.
