2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Jonathan started his Real Estate career directly after high school by working with private investors and managing multi-family housing all over South East Florida. During this time, he obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. In mid-2018 Jonathan's girlfriend was accepted to begin her dream of becoming a Doctor Of Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State University. Shortly after their move to Mississippi, he was introduced to Heritage Properties Inc. and took a job as an Assistant Property Manager, quickly working his way up to Property Manager of a 180-unit luxury apartment complex. During his time with said property, he has overseen multiple small rehabs, as well as converting the property to be LEED certified. He has done this all while minimizing expenses, stabilizing occupancy, minimizing concession offering, and creating additional income bases for his owners.

Jonathan currently still holds his Florida Real Estate License, as well as an ARM designation from IREM. He is currently completing his CAM designation through NAA and hopes to obtain CPM designation in the near future, as well as an M.B.A, to bring him closer to his aspirations of C-Level Management within the Real Estate Management field.
