Jhenna Gregoire-Zepeda is a Property Manager with ViaWest Group whose portfolio consists of office, industrial, and retail buildings totaling over 600,000 sq ft. She developed her passion for the commercial property management industry when she began her professional career as a Property Administrator with Cushman & Wakefield in Indianapolis, IN. In her six years of industry experience since, she has advanced in her career and continually strives to grow by gaining knowledge and experience. She earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 2022 and holds a BBA with a concentration in Marketing from Hofstra University. She is currently an active member of IREM and BOMA.
