Jessica was born in Santa Ana, California. At the age of 23, Jessica landed her first job in property management as a receptionist for a small family-owned property management company. Since then, she’s obtained various positions in the industry such as a Leasing Agent, Property Accountant, Maintenance Administrator, Assistant Supervisor and since March of 2021 she’s been a Regional Supervisor for Allen Properties. Jessica currently oversees 15 properties and directly manages 11 employees in her portfolio. Jessica has participated in the development of new programs and has worked on the back-end with platforms such as Yardi and On-Site to ensure all integrations within the company are successful. Jessica’s favorite part about her current role is taking on new properties and turning them around. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys going on hikes and spending time with her husband, two daughters and her Dachsund, Wilson. Jessica’s next step in the industry is to work on her CPM designation. She’s looking forward to continuing her growth in property management.
