“It is an honor to be recognized. It is also motivation to continue to challenge myself to take my career to the next level and to be a leader for the next generation of property managers. Property management excites me because of the constant challenges that arise. This field has allowed me to learn about a wide variety of industries and I know that I've only scratched the surface.”
Jennie Kautz is the Assistant Property Manager with Piedmont Office Realty Trust for the U.S. Bancorp Center in downtown Minneapolis. Unlike the vast majority of property managers who fell into the industry, Jennie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Real Estate Property Management. She was Co-President of UW-Stout’s Student IREM Club and is currently working with a team to kick off an IREM Advancing Leaders of Minnesota group for young professionals. Jennie is a CPM candidate, remains involved mentoring current students from her alma mater’s Real Estate Property Management program, and is active in her local IREM chapter. Jennie has distinguished herself through her ambition to lead the next generation of property managers. Her eagerness to learn, ability to develop strong relationships with tenants and vendors, attention to detail, and perseverance have driven her success early in her career.
