Mr. Jared M. Fink has been involved in multi-family housing since 2011; skilled in acquisition rehab, value-add construction, income generating amenities, client services and asset repositioning. His dedication to service and follow-through allows him to manage a development budget across 4 states exceeding $65 million annually. Nationally, he serves on the Institute of Real Estate Management’s Student and Academic Outreach Advisory Board. At the local level, Mr. Fink serves as Director on the Executive Board of Directors for IREM Milwaukee Chapter 13 and as a Member of the University of Wisconsin-Stout Real Estate Management Advisory Board. Giving back to the community is an important part of his time away from the office. Jared enjoys giving back through mentorship and coaching. He’s the head coach for a 5th & 6th grade boys lacrosse team and actively mentors students at the University of Wisconsin-Stout as they prepare to enter the workforce.
