2022 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Hailey Michael’s real estate journey is one that should inspire young professionals as she has certainly worked her way through the ranks in her career to date. She began working two jobs while attending college in 2012 as a leasing consultant at a residential community as well as working for a local real estate firm showing display homes. She accepted a role with a boutique-style Property Management firm, Rafco Properties, Inc., in January 2015 and after just a few short months, made the transition to the commercial division. Although she began the organization as an Administrative Assistant, she rapidly evolved into more robust roles such as a Property Coordinator, Assistant Manager and finally a Property Manager overseeing her own team and portfolio. Her current portfolio is the Centene Plaza campus consisting of 3 class-A office towers, 5 parking structures with retailers, as well as a nearby mixed-use corporate training center/childcare center. She’s recently been enlisted to assist with the onboarding of a new development in Charlotte, NC. Hailey worked diligently to obtain her CPM designation in 2019 via IREM’s Next-Gen program.  In her free time, Hailey enjoys traveling, going to spin class, and listening to music. She is eager to keep gaining experience and learning the ropes of the real estate management industry.
