2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Giovanni Wozniak returned home in 2009 after pursuing undergraduate studies in California. He immediately entered the real estate industry at Capitol Place and subsequently One Ala Moana as a Residential Specialist. New to the industry, and in the role that he believes was an upgrade to the model of service delivery, he started from the ground up, collecting experiences as he progressed towards a leadership role. Wozniak has been active in the community for several years. He is a member of the IREM local chapter Education Committee. As an IREM Hawaii Chapter Member since 2017, he has had the honor of being mentored by several other IREM members and through them has been exposed to industry best practices.

As the current General Manager of the Imperial Plaza a mixed-use property which resides in the vibrant Kaka’ako district of Honolulu, Hawaii, he has the responsibility to protect and upkeep the value of 206 residential and 58 commercial units on the property. Giovanni is always looking for opportunities to expose his Team to learning and career development opportunities and hopes to be a mentor to up and coming industry professionals one day.
