Erica McNamara is employed with Hallkeen Management as a Property Manager for the Ames Privilege Apartments in Chicopee, MA and has earned a TCS, NALP, SHCM, CPO and ARM designation. Erica was recognize by Hallkeen Management with the “rookie of the year” award in 2016 and recognize by Stavros with the Paul Winske Access award in 2017 for assisting individuals with disabilities in accessing housing. Erica previously worked for Wayfinders, Inc as a Housing Case Manager for the family shelter division where she was recognized with the “rising star” award in 2013. Erica was later promoted to Program Specialist where she had the opportunity to be involved in opening a residential shelter for homeless families. Erica graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with Magna Cum Laude Latin Honors and Commonwealth College Honors.
