2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Elisabeth began her career in real estate while in college working as an intern at a commercial real estate firm. After several years in the industry, she now works as a Commercial Property Manager at Worth & Associates where she manages a portfolio of 340,000 square feet of Class A Office and Flex Space in San Antonio, TX. Before joining Worth & Associates, Elisabeth was an Assistant Property Manager with Stream Realty and Live-Oak Gottesman where she assisted in the management of office, industrial, and retail property. Elisabeth leverages her experience in budget preparation, financial reporting and operations oversight to maximize profits for her Owners and deliver super customer service to her Tenants. A native Texan, Elisabeth proudly graduated from Texas A&M University – College Station in 2014 with a Business Management degree. She is a licensed real estate agent in Texas, member of BOMA, and working toward earning both her CPM and RPA designations.
