2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Eduardo is currently an Asset Manager whose experience involves an array of real estate disciplines consisting of value-add analysis, property take-over, project management, and pro-forma modeling. Working with multiple clients, he prides himself on his ability to understand client needs, structure these needs into action plans, and execute these plans decisively. Within the last 7 years, he has managed assets valued at over $100 million collectively. Eduardo received his bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds a master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University. His education has allowed him to appreciate the full real estate spectrum from debt/equity sourcing, to construction, and property management. A proud CPM candidate, he is scheduled to complete his designation this year. Outside of the real estate realm he is an avid traveler, his passion for real estate and architecture has taken him through Japan, Italy, France, and 9 other countries to examine how people view their environment, influence behavior, and stimulate creativity. Overall, this passion fuels his long-term target of managing assets on a global level.
