2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Destiny Igiebor was promoted from a Property Operations Associate to Deputy Director of Operations/Regional Property Manager on 3/17/2020. Effectively, she has taken the responsibilities as the Regional Property Manager for a Scott Management Inc. property in Alexandria, Va. Also, with her new role, Destiny is in charge of the RealPage systems as the System’s Administrator and Superuser for the entire company. She will continue working on updating policies and procedures and there much more coming her way. She initially started as a Bookkeeper & Leasing Consultant in 2013. In 2014 she became a Property Manager. In 2018 Destiny joined the corporate office team at Scott Management Inc. as a Property Operations Associate and later got promoted. In 2019 she joined AOBA’s Emerging Leaders Council and is now the Co-Chair of AOBA’s Golf Committee. Destiny, received her Bachelor’s degree in 2012 from Frostburg State University. She studied Business, Management and Marketing. She was a part of Delta Sigma Pi (Co-Ed International Business Fraternity) as well as FSU’s Global Business Club and held several leadership positions in those organizations while in school. Destiny has her NALP credential (National Apartment Leasing Professional) and is currently in the process of earning her CAM credential (Certified Apartment Manager) this year. She is very excited about her promotion and to continue to grow in this industry.
