2020 IREM 30 Under 30 Recipient

Darryl currently serves as a Regional Property Manager at E&G Group overseeing communities in Prince Georges & Montgomery County Maryland. Darryl began working for E&G in December 2018, bringing with him 5 years of previous property management experience at various property types in several markets. He began his property management career as an Intern supporting 7 satellite offices in the successful maintenance and management of vacation, residential, and commercial properties. In addition to his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bowie State University, Darryl is currently pursuing his CPM designation and has completed his Tax Credit Specialist & Certified Occupancy Specialist designations through NCHM. He currently serves as co-chair of the IREM Young Professionals Committee and assist with Social Media/Marketing for the IREM Northern Virginia chapter. Darryl possesses a strong passion for training, professional development, and philanthropy. He plans to continue his education by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and actively advocates for affordable housing, health & human services in his community.
