Connie Ackermann is native Texan. She attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a degree in Business Marketing in 2012. Afterwards, she moved back to Dallas/Fort Worth and landed in the real estate industry where she worked for Marcus & Millichap, Harwood International and now Hillwood. Since joining the Hillwood team she has managed an industrial portfolio of over 4.6 million sf and a privately-owned facility totaling 41,000 sf of unique architecture, plus 17 acres of highly manicured landscape. Connie previously managed multi-family, high-rise office, retail and industrial properties. In conjunction with these accomplishments, she has also acquired her real estate license and enjoys helping others plant their Texas roots. Connie is a member of the IREM Fort Worth chapter currently serving as the Young Professionals committee co-chair and working toward her CPM designation. In her spare time, she loves traveling new places and spending time with friends and family.
